OCATT provides therapy for children, teens, adults, and families across Ottawa in a calm, supportive setting. Common concerns include ADHD, ASD, FASD, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, relationship issues, and major life changes, with each session shaped around the client’s needs to help them feel understood and steady.
The team offers both in-person and virtual sessions, using play-based and sensory approaches for children, talk-based and skills-focused work for teens, and reflective, relationship-focused therapy for adults and families. Across all ages, the goal is to build emotional awareness, communication, and practical coping skills for everyday life.
