Neurodiverse Therapy

OCATT offers therapy for neurodivergence in Ottawa for children, teens, and adults, built on trust and connection from the first session. We work with autistic individuals, people with ADHD, FASD, sensory processing differences, and other neurodivergent profiles, alongside the families who support them.

Our therapists lead with playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools you can actually use at home, so your family can move from difficulty toward hope, one small shift at a time.

What Makes Our Therapy for Neurodivergence Different

Ottawa families living with ADHD, ASD, FASD, and other neurodivergent experiences need support that fits real life, not a script written for someone else’s brain. That’s what OCATT’s neurodiverse therapy is built around.

Our therapists are trained in attachment and trauma-informed approaches, so sessions go beyond managing behaviour to understanding what’s underneath it. We  meet clients with varying experiences of neurodiversity where they are, adjusting our approach to fit the individual instead of asking them to fit the therapy.
