Our teen therapy at OCATT supports adolescents in Ottawa navigating a bewildering world. Our relational approach helps teens build trust and connection as they live through the real challenges of teen life. OCATT therapists are able to support teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, attachment difficulties, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender questions, grief, low self-esteem, or difficulty coping at home and school.
OCATT therapists work from a commitment to curiosity and empathy to support teens and their parents/caregivers. We consider teens and their families to be partners in healthy relationships, and we find tools that work for you, including creative expression, sensory-movement, talk therapy, and other approaches to build trust and connection that is unique to every client.
